Seattle

From Splendid Eliza

It was my friend Miriam's Birthday so we went to the Old Country Buffet for dinner. I met some of Miriam's Friends called Brenna and Harry. I had so much food I almost bursted! I had Pizza, Spaghetti and Meatballs, Macaroni and Cheese, Lots of ICE - CREAM and like 20 re-fills of Slushie, YUM!!

After going to dinner we went to go pick up the rental car. Woop, Woop! We even got to choose which one we wanted. We chose a silver Hyundai Santa Fe. After that we went home and to bed. GREAT DAY

while at the Tantrum's i have learned to skateboard. They have a steep slope and it took me multiple attempts to tackle the slope.

Also I have been trying to do a flip on the trampoline I still can't do it but I keep trying

Today we went to Burke Museum  and we saw a T.Rex skull being excavated and believe it or not at the cultural section the Maori culture was there! Also we did see skeletons of an  Allosaurus vs a Stegosaurus fight.

The T.Rex skull was found in the desert in Montana. Enclosed in rock it weighed 1 and a half tonne and it was found last year. The person who worked for the museum found the skull and immediately donated it to the Burke museum. They only started working on the skulll since April and have dug up the lower jaw, a rib and some vertebrae.

Today I went to Gas Works Park, and we saw three different talents shown by skilled people. Number one was the two people who were playing with Bollos - a ball on the end of a string. Number two was the BMX rider who slid down the rails. Number three was the person who threw a frisbee about 20 metres down a tunnel of arches (without hitting the sides).

Yesterday we went to Twin Ponds Park, and if I had three ways to describe it, they are smelly, ugly, and not very exciting. We went on a walk that was pretty easy, and there were lots of blackberry bushes.
